    Passport Program

    Each NAVC Conference attendee has the opportunity to win big prizes through the VMX Passport Program, including trips, Apple products and a car! To be eligible to win, attendees must acquire a “stamp” from each of the sponsoring booths in the Expo Hall. The Passport is a highly sought-after sponsorship opportunity for driving traffic to your booth and creating a buzz of excitement within the Expo Hall. There are only 26 spaces available, so confirm your spot today.  

    Coffee Vouchers

    Attendees LOVE coffee. In order to meet their overwhelming cries for more, there will be paid coffee stations throughout the convention center. As a coffee sponsor, you can purchase coffee vouchers to be distributed at your booth and redeemed at one of the many coffee stations throughout the OCCC.

    Postal Mailing List

    Reach registrants before they arrive in Orlando to inform them of your event activities. The NAVC makes our postal mailing list available December 15th. Artwork must be approved by the NAVC prior to receiving the list. This list is intended for a one time use only postal mailer.

    Hands-on Laboratory Sponsorship

    Registrants roll up their sleeves and learn by doing at the 30+ NAVC Conference Hands-on Laboratory sessions. Attendees learn under the expert guidance of seasoned instructors, using all the tools and supplies needed, and within the time and space to acquire the right skills to perform specialized procedures on their own. Sponsorship opportunities include major sponsorship as well as donated equipment and supplies, which allow participants to “see for themselves” how your equipment can help them.

    Our 3-day Hospital Design Workshop presents the latest advancements for better care. Attendees participate in interactive panel discussions with experts in all areas of hospital design, including architects, builders and nancing pros.
